Rabbi Ephraim ben Shimshon, Ephraim ben Samson, אפרים בן שמשון, was a rishon of France in the twelfth century, one of the Baalei HaTosafot and an expounder of the Chumash. He is counted among the followers of Rabbi Elazar of Worms. His one known work is Peirush al HaTorah, a commentary on the Torah.

Ephraim ben Samson was a 12th-century French tosafist and biblical expounder.
