The Site is provided as a free resource for personal Torah study and reference. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest content at scale in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Site and content will automatically terminate. TorahSages (TS), a website operated by Marketing The Net LLC, reserves the right to revoke your access to and use of the Site and content at any time, with or without cause.

Original materials created by TorahSages — including original essays (shiurim), site design, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of materials — are the property of TorahSages or its licensors. Biographical excerpts drawn from third-party sources (e.g., Wikipedia) remain subject to their own licenses (such as CC-BY-SA) and are attributed on the relevant pages.
The Hebrew source texts presented in the Library are classical works reproduced from public-domain and openly-licensed digital editions. These texts remain subject to their respective licenses — including Public Domain editions and, for the Talmud Bavli, a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, with attributions shown on the relevant pages. Your use of those source texts is subject to their original licenses.
Although all content available on TS is individually attributed, and the vast majority of the content is ancient “public domain” texts, if you have any copyright concerns, please contact us at [email protected] and if valid, we will reply expeditiously with required changes.
