The Tanach, which is short for "Torah, Neviim, Ketuvim" is the written Torah in its twenty-four sefarim: the five books of the Torah, the eight of Neviim — Yehoshua, Shoftim, Shmuel, Melachim, Yeshayahu, Yirmiyahu, Yechezkel and the Trei Asar — and the eleven of Ketuvim, from Tehillim to Divrei HaYamim. Its 929 perakim are the text that constitutes the תורה שבכתב, the Written Torah. We believe that the "Torah She'bechtav" was given by Hashem to Moshe at Mount Sinai. It is The source of truth.
