יוסף בן יחיא

Rav Yosef ibn Yachya ben Shlomo, whose name appears in English sources as Joseph ibn Yahya ben Solomon, was a talmid of the Rashba, Rav Shlomo ben Aderet, and composed a kinah upon his rebbe’s passing that was later reprinted. He also bore the cost of repairing a shul in Calatayud (province of Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain) that one of his forebears had built.
