נתן נטע ממאקוב

Rav Nosson Nuta of Makov (c. 5525/1765 – 5585/1825) was a chasidic rebbe of the early nineteenth century. He was born in Poland, and in his early years travelled to Lublin, where he became a talmid of the Chozeh of Lublin. It was at the Chozeh’s instruction that he went on to Kurów, where he became the foremost talmid of Rav Shmuel of Karov. Around that time he married the daughter of Rav Chaim Chaykl of Amdur, who helped him establish his own small chasidic court in Makov. His daughter married Rav Yitzchak Heller of Makov, whose son Rav Fischel Heller married the daughter of Rav Avraham Moshe of Peshischa.
