מִיכָיְהוּ בֶּן יִמְלָה

Micaiah ben Imlah (מִיכָיְהוּ‎ ) was a navi from the era of the Neviim. He is brought as one whose prophecy reflects a lofty level of nevuah, in which the prophet beholds, as it were, Hashem speaking with him. He is one of the four disciples of Eliyahu (Elijah).

In the cited passage, his words “I saw Hashem…” are set alongside those of Yeshayahu (“I saw Hashem… and He said, whom shall I send…”) as illustrations of an advanced degree of prophetic vision — the navi perceiving Hashem in a vision of nevuah.
